Unsere Nebelscheinwerfer-Bremskühlungs-Kits sind speziell für die MX-5 NC3 MK3.75-Modelle entwickelt und nutzen die originalen Nebelscheinwerferhalterungen der vorderen Stoßstange. Es sind keinerlei Modifikationen an Stoßstange oder Halterung erforderlich. Sie müssen lediglich den Nebelscheinwerfer von der Stoßstange entfernen, ihn durch den Luftkanal ersetzen und diesen mit dem mitgelieferten Edelstahl-Befestigungsmaterial fixieren.
Im Lieferumfang enthalten:
- Ein Paar Nebelscheinwerferkanäle (links und rechts).
- Befestigungsmaterial aus Edelstahl zur Anbringung des Luftkanals an der Stoßstange.
- 2 Meter hochwertiger, neoprenbeschichteter Glasfasergewebeschlauch mit eingekapseltem Drahtspiralkern.
- Ein Paar Edelstahl-Rückplatten (L und R).
- 8 x Schlauchschellen.
- 2 Kupplungspaare mit Edelstahlbeschlägen.
Die Kanäle bestehen aus getempertem, UV- und hitzebeständigem, kohlenstofffaserverstärktem Polyethylen-Kunststoff.
HINWEIS: Aufgrund der großen Auswahl an Felgenoptionen auf dem Markt müssen Sie die Passform testen und die optimale Position für die Luftführung und die Schlauchkupplungen festlegen. Schneiden Sie die Radhausverkleidungen oder die Luftführung erst dann zu, wenn Sie sicher sind, dass die Räder bei vollem Lenkeinschlag nicht kollidieren.

What's Included:
Ducts are made from annealed, UV and heat-resistant carbon fibre-reinforced polyethylene plastic.
- A pair of stainless steel backing plates (left and right).
- A pair of fog light ducts (left and right).
- Stainless hardware to attach the duct to your bumper.
- 2 meters of high-quality neoprene-coated glass fibre fabric ducting with encapsulated wire spiral core.
- 8 x hose clamps.
- 2 pairs of couplers with stainless hardware.
Note:
Due to the large variance in wheel options on the market, you need to test fit and decide the best placement for the ducting and the hose couplers. Do not cut your arch liners or the ducting until you are happy your placement clears the wheels on full lock.
HEADS UP: We've seen some companies using plastic as part of their backing plate design. The glass transition point for a lot of plastics is 80 ~105 °C, and backing plates can easily see 100–200 °C+ in sustained braking, with localised hotspots being higher. After a hard session, heat soak often pushes temperatures even further. The result is softening, creep, deformation, or complete failure of the hose spigot. Our blacking plates are 100% stainless 304 for consistent performance.
