Our Performance Delta wing vents have been designed specifically around the shape and contours of the Mazda MX-5 NC / Mk3 front wings, resulting is a vent that follows the factory bodywork closely and looks at home on the car.
Positioned in the centre of the front wheel arch, the vents are intended to provide an escape path for high-pressure air from inside the wheel arch. Wheel wells are naturally a high-pressure area, and this pressure can contribute to aerodynamic lift at higher speeds.
By providing a controlled exit point for this air, the vents help reduce pressure build-up inside the arch, allowing airflow to pass more cleanly around the vehicle. This can support improved front-end stability and works in conjunction with other aerodynamic modifications such as a front splitter, Performance Delta splitter ramps, undertray and brake ducting.

Installation
Installation requires modification of the original front wings, including cutting an opening beneath each vent. Plastic cut jigs are included for both sides, making fitment straightforward – no guesswork or tape measures required. Simply align the jig until correctly positioned, mark out, and proceed with cutting.
For the best finished appearance, the vents can be prepared and painted to match the vehicle's body colour, or painted in a contrasting finish to emphasise the aerodynamic styling.
