Performance Delta Ltd - Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy is in accordance with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Your Statutory Rights
Under UK law, consumers have a legal right to:
Cancel and return most online purchases within 14 calendar days of receiving them, for a full refund.
Receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
These rights are in addition to any returns policy offered by Performance Delta.
 

Cancellations (for Online Purchases)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To cancel your order, please notify us in writing at hello@performancedelta.co.uk within this period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

 

Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must be in their original packaging where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
     


Items Exempt from Returns
The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Gift vouchers

 

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
If you cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will also refund standard delivery charges (if applicable).

 

Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have a legal right to a full refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days of receipt.

Return Postage
If you’re returning an item because of a change of mind (within the cancellation period), you are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
 


How to Return an Item
Email us at hello@performancedelta.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will confirm the return process and provide the correct return address.
Pack the item securely and send it back within the applicable time frame.
