Warranty Terms

Warranty Coverage

All products supplied by Performance Delta Ltd are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing.

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Performance & Motorsport Use

Our products are designed for performance, motorsport, and track-focused applications. Many products are intended for use on vehicles operating in closed-course competition, track days, or off-highway environments.

Due to the nature of motorsport and high-performance use, increased wear rates are to be expected and are not considered defects.

What Is Covered

At our discretion, warranty coverage is limited to one of the following remedies:

  • Repair of the defective product
  • Replacement with an equivalent product
  • Refund of the original purchase price

The warranty applies only where the product has been:

  • Installed correctly
  • Used for its intended purpose
  • Not modified or altered without authorisation

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by overheating, overloading, or lack of maintenance
  • Damage resulting from motorsport incidents, collisions, off-track excursions, or failure of associated components
  • Cosmetic finishes including anodising, plating, coatings, or paint subject to environmental or operational exposure
  • Use outside manufacturer recommendations
  • Consequential or indirect losses including vehicle damage, downtime, loss of use, or loss of earnings

Installation & Responsibility

All products should be installed by a competent individual or professional technician. Performance Delta Ltd accepts no responsibility for failure or damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect torque application, or incompatible vehicle configurations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product suitability for their specific vehicle and intended use.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, customers must:

  1. Contact us prior to returning any item
  2. Provide valid proof of purchase
  3. Provide a clear description of the issue, including photographs or supporting information where applicable

Returned items may be inspected and tested. If no fault is found, the item may be returned at the customer’s expense.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Performance Delta Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Labour, installation, or removal costs
  • Vehicle recovery, transportation, or storage costs
  • Loss of earnings, competition fees, or event entry costs

Nothing in these warranty terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
