The factory camber adjustment range on the NC chassis can be a constraint when setting up a track-focused alignment. Typically, the stock setup permits around -3° of negative camber, though this can vary based on other factors like ride height and caster.
These offset camber bushings replace the standard concentric steel bushings in the front steering knuckles and shift the available camber range to allow for roughly -1° to -1.5° of additional negative camber. In total, this enables up to approximately -4.5° of camber, again depending on your specific suspension setup.
These fit all 2006-2015 MX-5 / Miata & 2009-2011 RX-8 front knuckles.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Two lower offset bushings laser-etched alignment markings to ensure the bushings are installed accurately.
- Two pairs of upper and lower offset washers, made from 316 stainless steel.
NOTE:
- Installation requires tools such as a hydraulic press and ball joint separators - it is not recommended to use a vice or similar due to misalignment. A retaining compound, such as Loctite 603 can also be used during assembly.
