Ford Duratec - Mazda MZR VVT Aluminium Cam Valve Rocker Cover - Customised Colour

Aluminium valve cover to suit Ford Duratec and Mazda MZR engines - suitable for all VVT models of engine, including the 2.0, 2.3 and 2.5ltr engines found in the Ford Fusion/Ranger as well as the Mazda MX5 NC, Mazda 3 and the like.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• Brand new valve cover powder coated in wrinkle black or red
• Linished and vapour blasted to remove unsightly casting marks and seams
• Complete rubber seal kit
• Bolt-down stud kit
• Custom stainless steel baffle plate with internal baffling
• AN-10 weld-on female fitting
• AN-10 banjo swivel fitting with a nylon CF quick-disconnect for standard breather hose.

OPTIONAL EXTRA:

• Stainless hardware & anodised collars
  • Collar Colours: Dark Blue, Red, Pink, Purple, Green, Orange, Silver, Titanium, Black.

Modified to remove and blank off the factory breather outlet, with an AN-10 fitting moved closer to the factory MZR filler cap. Note that the filler cap is not included, but the standard cap from the plastic valve cover will fit.

These are perfect for top-mount turbo setups, and for those who want a cleaner look with a custom colour. We can powder-coat these in practically any colour you can think of. Custom colours have a 2-week lead time, whereas we carry a small stock of the black and red wrinkle finish. We are also able to provide customised branding to suit your business / race team / etc. Bespoke designs will require consultation time, design work and additional processes. Note: The hole for the centrally mounted temperature sensor is not present on these covers (not required for MZR engines); however, the markings are cast into the cover, should you need to drill this yourself.
