Onze koelsystemen voor mistlampen zijn speciaal ontworpen voor de MX-5 NC3 MK3.75 en maken gebruik van de originele bevestigingsbeugels van de mistlamp in de voorbumper, zonder dat er aanpassingen aan uw bumper of beugel nodig zijn. U hoeft alleen de mistlamp uit de bumper te verwijderen, de mistlamp te vervangen door het koelsysteem en deze vast te zetten met de meegeleverde roestvrijstalen bevestigingsmaterialen.
Wat is inbegrepen:
- Een paar mistlampkanalen (links en rechts).
- Roestvrijstalen bevestigingsmaterialen om de luchtinlaat aan uw bumper te bevestigen.
- 2 meter hoogwaardige, met neopreen gecoate glasvezelbuis met ingekapselde draadspiraalkern.
- Een paar roestvrijstalen achterplaten (links en rechts).
- 8 slangklemmen.
- 2 paar koppelingen met roestvrijstalen bevestigingsmaterialen.
De luchtkanalen zijn gemaakt van gegloeid, UV- en hittebestendig, met koolstofvezel versterkt polyethyleenplastic.
LET OP: Vanwege de grote variatie aan wielopties op de markt, moet u de pasvorm controleren en de beste plaatsing voor de luchtkanalen en slangkoppelingen bepalen. Zaag de wielkastbekleding of de luchtkanalen niet door voordat u zeker weet dat de plaatsing de wielen niet raakt bij volledige stuuruitslag.

Note:
We've seen some companies using plastic as part of their backing plate design. The glass transition point for a lot of plastics is 80 ~105 °C, and backing plates can easily see 100–200 °C+ in sustained braking, with localised hotspots being higher. After a hard session, heat soak often pushes temperatures even further. The result is softening, creep, deformation, or complete failure of the hose spigot. Our blacking plates are 100% stainless 304 for consistent performance.
